Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 26 May 2026, we carried out an inspection. The report card will be published in due course. The focus of the inspection was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider had improved their risk assessment procedures. Additional fences had been added to create secure boundaries and to reduce the size of the area that children can explore to help ensure staff can adequately supervise them. Leaders had implemented renewed procedures to keep children within sight and/or hearing of staff at all times. This included additional training for staff regarding staff deployment and improved staff induction procedures to ensure that they are all equipped to carry out their roles and responsibilities effectively. Furthermore, leaders ensure staff have sufficient knowledge and understanding of woodland area risk assessments and procedures.
