Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 30 April 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to risk assessment.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 18 May the provider responded to Ofsted with evidence to show compliance with the notice. On 28 May 2026 we carried out a monitoring visit. We found that the provider has reduced the number of young children she has on roll, to ensure she does not exceed caring for the maximum of six children under the age of eight years old at any one time.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider only now transports minded children in her own vehicle, or walks with children. She has provided evidence that where children were previously transported in another vehicle, it was safe and suitable.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider now ensures that she maintains clear and accurate records of the names of the children being cared for on the premises and their days and hours of attendance. We are satisfied the provider has met the requirements raised in relation to staff-child ratios, risk assessment and information about the childminder. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
