If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 19 May 2026, we conducted a regulatory visit. We found that the provider has undertaken refresher training and has revised their polices and processes in relation to risk assessment, safer eating and safe sleeping. This now ensures that children's individual needs are met at all times including when on outings. Additionally, the provider has taken steps to ensure that records are always easily accessible and available. The provider demonstrates a secure understanding of her role and responsibility to keep children safe.
