Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2 . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Staff have completed additional training to strengthen their understanding of their roles and responsibilities as key persons. The provider has reinforced support, coaching, and teaching for staff through further training and hands-on support within the rooms. Additional support and training have also been provided to staff to ensure that the individual needs of children with special educational needs and/or disabilities, as well as those who face barriers to learning, are effectively planned for and met. Staff have demonstrated a clear understanding of how to manage and report accidents in line with the setting's policies and procedures.
