Leadership and governance Expected standard
Leaders have a clear and precise overview of this long-established club. They carefully review and reflect on the provision for children following the move back to their original premises. This helps them make sure they continue to meet the individual needs of all children and families. Leaders maintain well-established communication links with the teaching staff at the schools they collect children from. This helps all children settle well when they arrive and enjoy their time there, including those who may face barriers to learning, or where there are special educational needs and/or disabilities.
p.1
Leadership and governance Expected standard
Leaders are committed to, and fully involved in, the day-to-day operation of the provision alongside the dedicated staff team. This means that they can support staff to organise the provision for children and support them in their role. Leaders make sure staff access the professional learning that they need to support children's needs and enhance the opportunities on offer to them. Staff's wellbeing is nurtured, and they work well together as a team.
p.1
Leadership and governance Expected standard
Leaders and staff understand the importance of working closely with parents and carers. They know children and families well. They acknowledge that flexibility in supporting families helps consistent attendance and continuity of care.

p.3
About this inspection
We carried out this inspection under sections 49 and 50 of the Childcare Act 2006 on the quality and standards of provision that is registered on the Early Years Register. The registered person must ensure that this provision complies with the statutory framework for children's learning, development and care, known as the early years foundation stage.
p.3
About this inspection
There were no early years children present at the time of this inspection. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with leaders and an inspection of the premises, equipment, and any relevant documentation. When there are no early years children present, inspectors only evaluate and grade leadership and governance as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess the impact on children of other evaluation areas. This data was available to the inspector at the time of the inspection.
