Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 6, 12, 13, 16 February and 17 March 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing and suitable people. These notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant incidents.

This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome
On the 28 April 2026 the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had delivered safeguarding training and refresher sessions, ensuring all staff, including DSLs, understand and consistently apply safeguarding policies and procedures. The provider has strengthened recruitment practices and ensures staff involved in recruitment follow guidance consistently. The provider has reviewed the structured supervision programme to promote children's safety and welfare. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
