Summary of outcome
On 12 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. We found that the provider had ensured all staff, including the Designated Safeguarding Lead had been provided with extra information from the local safeguarding partnership website. This has been shared and used to influence the setting's policies and procedures. These are now in in line with the local safeguarding partnership procedures. All staff demonstrate a good understanding of the setting's safeguarding procedures. Evidence was seen that the Designated Safeguarding Lead has completed training in line with the criteria set out in Annex C of the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage'.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We also found that leaders and staff had refreshed their understanding of their responsibilities for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). The setting's policy has been updated and shared with all staff. Leaders and staff demonstrate a good understanding of their responsibilities to support children with SEND. Leaders have updated the setting's policies for supporting and understanding children's behaviour, this has ensured that appropriate behaviour management procedures are in place to support children.
p.2
Summary of outcome
In addition, leaders have implemented robust risk assessment procedures. They have reviewed the use of all equipment to identify and remove any potential risks or hazards to children. They have updated the setting's complaints policy and have systems in place to share and ensure this is available to parents. They have ensured that complaints are logged and responded to in line with requirements.
