Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 14 February 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people, qualifications, training, support and skills, safeguarding training and information and record keeping. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of an allegation by anyone living, working, or looking after children at the premises.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 21 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken some action to put this right. The provider has updated the safeguarding policy to include more details about how staff should respond in the event of concerns, there is a new policy in place for the safe storage of mobile phones, and the provider has planned an all-staff meeting for an opportunity to refresh staff on the procedures for whistleblowing and their roles in safeguarding children. This will help to ensure that staff are aware of, and supported, to implement policies and procedures that keep children safe.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We also found the provider was not meeting some of the other requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n put appropriate arrangements in place for the supervision of staff that provides opportunities for staff to discuss any issues and identify solutions to address issues as they arise. On 9 May 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had implemented various tools and resources to support staff in their safeguarding knowledge and implementation of polices and procedures. The provider has implemented a comprehensive induction process which is closely monitored and overseen by the provider. And finally, the provider has introduced mandatory termly supervision meetings which are well informed and closely monitored to ensure impact on staff skills and knowledge. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
