Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 and 16 February 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing, concerns about children's safety and welfare, qualifications, training support and skills, safeguarding training, supervision of staff and supporting and understanding children's behaviour.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take within the timescales set out.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure all concerns, allegations, or disclosures relating to the behaviour, conduct, or practice of any staff member are identified at the earliest opportunity, managed in a timely and appropriate manner and shared promptly with the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to ensure professional advice, oversight, and guidance

p.1

Summary of outcome

n provide effective safeguarding training for all staff, including those with lead safeguarding roles, to ensure that staff understand how to recognise and respond to allegations about staff, in line with the setting's safeguarding policy.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 29 April 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. Following this we requested additional information for clarity, which the provider responded to on 12 May 2026. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, including ensuring concerns or allegations about staff behaviours are identified and reported in a timely manner. They have put in place training to ensure staff, including those in lead safeguarding roles, understand how to respond to allegations, to keep children safe. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.2

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
