Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2.
p.1
Summary of outcome
If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 January 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to suitable people, safeguarding policies and procedures and information that need to be notified to Ofsted. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any persons who cares for children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The provider failed to notify Ofsted of changes in managers which is an offence and part of the requirements. We are satisfied that the provider now understands their responsibility to notify us and keep us updated of these changes. Furthermore, the provider had not made a referral to the Disclosure and Barring Service for a member of staff who would have been dismissed, if they had they not left the setting first. The provider took immediate action and completed this referral and now understands this requirement. We are satisfied with the action taken.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We also found the provider was not meeting more of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1

On 12 May 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. The nominated individual had undertaken appropriate training to develop their knowledge and skills and effective oversight of the setting. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures . Leaders and staff are receiving regular supervisions , identifying opportunities to further their skills and knowledge that promote outcomes for children. Leaders had implemented robust recruitment procedures to ensure the suitability of people employed to work at the setting. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
