Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 March 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to suitable people, safeguarding policies and procedures, whistleblowing and risk assessment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for children on the premises.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 March 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, whistleblowing, health, safety of premises, environment and equipment and information and record keeping.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 21 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken some action to put this right. The provider has ensured all staff have received updated safeguarding training including in respect of the setting's own safeguarding policies. The provider has also put in place further support from senior managers to ensure monitoring and oversight of the implementation of policies and procedures. This will help to ensure that staff are aware of, and supported, to implement policies and procedures that keep children safe.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We also found the provider was not meeting some of the other requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Ensure risk assessments identify all risks to children and clearly set out how risks will be minimised to keep children safe, including those related to the safety of the premises and conditions in which children are cared for.
p.1
Summary of outcome
Put appropriate arrangements in place for the supervision of staff that fosters a culture of mutual support, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and which encourages the confidential discussion of sensitive issues.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 May 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had updated the risk assessment, taking into account risks to children and appropriate action taken. The provider had also updated the supervision policy and procedures which outlines the arrangements to be put in place for the supervision of staff. The policy includes the intentions of the supervision sessions and what these will cover.
p.2
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
p.2
