Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 23 March 2026, the provider notified us about the same matters. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.

Summary of outcome
On 29 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last regulatory visit. We found that the provider has reviewed their procedures to ensure that children are within hearing and sight at all times. This includes transitions from inside to outdoor play. They have put in place hygiene procedures, such as enhanced cleaning of toileting areas to help to promote children's good health. The provider has ensured that fire detection equipment is in place in the playroom. They have introduced hygienic changing facilities for children that are in nappies. The provider has removed hazards from the environment. They have introduced new risk assessment procedures to check the areas before children arrive and on an ongoing basis in order to promote children's safety. The provider has implemented a register to record all children's attendance daily.

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
