Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

At the regulatory visit we also found the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event. It is an offence to fail to notify Ofsted of a significant event. Following the discussion, they now understand their responsibility to notify Ofsted of significant events as required and have put in place new procedures. This did not impact on the safety of the children or the running of the nursery. We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed.

The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On the 5 May 2026 , the provider responded to the actions set. Further more the provider has ensured that staff have improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
