Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 19 November 2025, we received a notification from the provider relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take within the timescales set out. We also found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of an allegation against staff in a reasonably practical time. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

p.1

Summary of outcome

ensure if any concerns are raised about children's safety and welfare are that all steps are taken to immediately notify the local authority children's social care team, in line with local reporting procedures. On 6 May 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. They stated they have reviewed safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure that should notifications need to be made to the local authority children's social care team, or Ofsted, that these are done swiftly and appropriately to support the safety and welfare of children. Additionally, the provider has booked further training for all staff to remind them of their roles and responsibilities regarding safeguarding children's welfare.
