All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. Summary of outcome
On 5 May 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last regulatory visit. We found that the provider has ensured all staff understand how to refer concerns about children's safety and welfare beyond the designated safeguarding lead if necessary. Robust checks have been completed on all staff and references verified to ensure their legitimacy. Staff have been supported to understand the policies and procedures, such as safeguarding and smoking and vaping. The provider has implemented secure procedures for staff supervision including additional team meetings and one-to-one support from leaders. All confidential information is now stored in a locked cupboard and accessible only to those who need it. This helps to ensure children's safety and the smooth running of the nursery.
