Summary of outcome
On 1 May 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had made changed to staffing arrangements to ensure children consistently have their care and learning needs met. They had retrained staff to understand the importance of safe eating practices and made sure staff understood what they must do to keep children safe while eating. They had reviewed risk assessments and put plans in place with their maintenance team to address any hazards that children were exposed to. They ensured that the systems in place to identify and minimise risks were being implemented effectively.
