Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 6 and 7 February 2026, and 9 and 11 March 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to health, staff: child ratios, key persons, whistle blowing, safety and suitability of premises, and environment and equipment.

Summary of outcome
On 26 February 2026 and 13 March 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, concerns about children's welfare and wellbeing, suitable people, and qualifications, training, support and skills. These notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage' to notify Ofsted of significant events.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 14 March 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
At the visit we also found that the provider had already taken action to make sure that they take appropriate steps to verify and record information about staff's qualifications and identity checks to ensure that they are suitable to work with children.

Summary of outcome
On 2 April 2026, we conducted a welfare requirement monitoring visit. We found that the provider has taken appropriate action to implement an effective key person system along with ensuring staffing arrangements are in place across the setting. This now ensures that each child's care is tailored so that their individual needs are met. Furthermore, they have undertaken additional staff training to improve staff's knowledge and understanding of their roles and repressibilities to keep children safe through good hygiene procedures.

The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
