Leadership and governance Expected standard
The childminder undertakes online training and regularly reflects on her provision and ways to improve teaching and learning. For example, a recent focus on child psychology has supported her understanding of how to develop children's emotional awareness and further promote their independence. This contributes to a culture of continuous improvement within the setting. She demonstrates a positive attitude towards professional development and regularly accesses online resources and guidance to maintain and develop her knowledge.
