Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the¿Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 16 March 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and suitable people.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The inspection started on 4 March 2026. Inspectors returned on 30 March 2026 to gather additional evidence in line with Ofsted inspections and visits: Deferring, pausing and gathering additional evidence policy.

p.1

Summary of outcome

The report and inspection outcome will be published in due course. Following the inspection, we served a welfare requirements notice on 1 April 2026. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last inspection. We found that the provider had improved procedures for communicating with parents to enable an effective two-way flow of information. We found they had put systems in place to ensure the safe and appropiate use of mobile phones in the setting. The provider had made sure adults consistently conduct themselves in an appropiate and suitable manner when having contact with children. Finally, they had considered and implemented ways of teaching children what appropiate behaviour is, including through their own positive role modelling.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
