Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 April, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has focused on upskilling staff's knowledge and understanding of their responsibilities in relation to concerns about children's safety and welfare. This has included providing additional training to staff regarding the provider's safeguarding and whistleblowing policies and procedures. Senior management have completed spot checks and held discussions with all staff to ensure they fully understand these policies, as well as how to escalate any concerns appropriately in a timely manner. This focus has supported staff to feel confident and competent in their responsibilities related to keeping children safe. Processes for transitioning children between spaces have been reviewed, and adjustments have been made to ensure all children remain in sight and/or hearing during these times. Spot checks

Summary of outcome
on these new processes are being completed and discussions held with staff to verify that all staff understand the processes and the importance of following them. This has supported transitions to now be safe and smooth for children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
