Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 April 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has improved organisation and oversight of key persons meaning these arrangements are now secure. They have implemented further strategies and support plans for children with Special Educational Needs to ensure they are appropriately supported. Further training and reminders have been provided to staff to ensure they all have a full understanding of the safeguarding policies and procedures and how to escalate any concerns. We are satisfied the provider has met the actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
