Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 13 March 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, and suitable people. We have issued actions for the provider to take.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 20 March 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has improved their knowledge and understanding of child protection procedures, including how and where to refer concerns accurately and in line with local safeguarding reporting procedures. The provider has also ensured all those who work with them have received further training to ensure they fully understand their responsibilities to keep children safe. Assistants have also all been made aware of the setting's updated policies and procedures for safeguarding and have undertaken refresher training to ensure they know what to do if they are concerned about a child or if an allegation was made about an adult. The provider now fully understands their responsibilities for ensuring the ongoing suitability of anyone who works or lives with them.

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
