Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 13 October 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to safety and suitability of premises, environment and equipment. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of significant events.

On 18 March 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider has taken action to prevent unauthorised persons from entering the premises and has effective procedures for checking the identity of visitors to keep children safe. We also found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 8 April 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved staff deployment during activities. All staff have received training to help them understand how to keep children safe during activities and leaders monitor staff's practice. In addition, the provider has improved communication with parents about children's transitions between rooms and changes in staffing. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
