Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 5 February 2026, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The provision was graded to be urgent improvement. The inspection report card sets out the actions the provider was required to take to meet the requirements.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 26 March 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at their last inspection.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safer recruitment practices. They now understand that assistants whose suitability has not been cleared by Ofsted must not be included in staff-to-child ratios. The provider has reviewed the provision in place to promote children's good health. This includes their understanding of the hygiene risks posed by children sharing drinking cups and comforters. The provider has developed a greater understanding of risk assessment procedures. They have re-organised the environment to prevent babies from accessing unsuitable equipment and have instead added more physical equipment for them to access in a safe and controlled way. They have separated areas to reduce the amount of toys and resources that previously cluttered the floors. This means that children now have a clearer space to walk with reduced tripping hazards.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
