Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 24 March 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to concerns about children's safety and welfare, staff: child ratios, supporting and understanding children's behaviour, special educational needs, safety of premises, changes that must be notified to Ofsted. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event. An incident occurred where a child was able to leave the nursery through an open door. Although the child remained in sight of staff, they were able to access a neighbouring garden. The child was unharmed.

Summary of outcome
On 25 March, we also received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to the same concerns as noted above.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 1 April 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The provider had ensured that the fire exit door is now not used by staff to access the waste bins at the side of the building. Therefore, ensuring that this door is only used in an emergency. Also, new signage had been displayed and a full review of all risk assessments for the outdoor area and inside the nursery had been undertaken. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
