We found that the provider had implemented effective supervision procedures which incorporated opportunities for staff to discuss child protection concerns and discussed professional development opportunities. The provider has implemented effective strategies for supporting children with barriers to their learning. This includes ensuring that staff have suitable knowledge of identifying and implementing procedures to ensure children receive adequate support.
