Leadership and governance Expected standard

The childminder has worked hard and with intention since the last inspection to address the actions raised. This has helped her to focus on how she will organise her setting effectively to best promote the needs of all children. This has helped her improve her knowledge of child development and early years considerably. As a result, the childminder has clear intentions for a broad and balanced, carefully considered curriculum.
