Foster carers say that their support is invaluable in helping them develop practical, bespoke strategies that make a positive difference to how they respond to children and support them. The therapist’s support is visible throughout children’s records, and members of staff, foster carers and external professionals say this is making a measurable difference to children’s outcomes.
