Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of any person who cares for children on the premises.

Summary of outcome
On 26 March 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory visit. We found that the provider has implemented robust recruitment procedures to ensure that staff are suitable for their role. They have verified references to ensure they are legitimate and applied for new disclosure barring service checks for some staff. All staff have completed up-to-date safeguarding training, specific to their role. The provider has implemented a bespoke mentoring programme for staff, to help them build the knowledge and skills they need to fulfil their responsibilities. All staff have had supervisions and received training, coaching and mentoring to support them. This ensures children's safety and wellbeing.

Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
