Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 9 January 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to food and drink, risk assessment, concerns about children's safety and welfare and information about the child. There were further notifications on the provider's registration from 29 May 2025 and 26 November 2025, where the provider notified us about matters relating to suitable people, safeguarding policies and procedures, changes that must be notified and accident or injury. These notifications mean that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 13 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call which look at all the notifications and concerns. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We found that the provider failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event regarding children's dietary needs not being met, which may have exposed them to food that could have harmed them. This is a requirement under their registration. The provider has taken action to strengthen policies and procedures and staff training, to prevent a similar occurrence from happening again. Also, during the regulatory telephone call, we found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements relating to safeguarding training. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 March 2026, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures. The manager has completed a series of robust safeguarding training courses to improve her knowledge and skills. In addition to this, supervision and monitoring of practice at the setting has been improved to ensure that learning from training remains embedded. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare action raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
