Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 10 March 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of allegations management. Additionally, staff have undertaken safeguarding training. The provider has improved risk assessments and has a clear understanding of how to minimise risk to children and staff. A new complaints policy has been developed and is in line with statutory requirements. Staff have been given training in supporting children to develop good hygiene practices. The changing facilities for children in nappies have been improved and are now suitably hygienic. We are satisfied that the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
