Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the 'Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage', which you can find at http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 2 January 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to supervision of staff, training and skills and supporting and understanding children's behaviour.

Summary of outcome
On 4 and 6 February 2026, we carried out regulatory telephone calls. We found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. The provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event which is a requirement of their registration. We also issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 24 February 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had accessed training on effective supervision and worked with the local authority to strengthen staff professional development. Revised supervision procedures now review staff training needs linked to the needs of children. Staff have completed training on risk assessment, and all risk assessments are now monitored by leaders to ensure potential risks are identified and managed appropriately. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised.
p.1
Summary of outcome
The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
