Leadership and governance Urgent improvement
Leaders have not managed safeguarding concerns in line with statutory requirements. Leaders have not ensured that those with overall responsibility for safeguarding have managed concerns effectively. In addition, leaders have not maintained records sufficiently to enable relevant information to be shared with other professionals. As a result, safeguarding arrangements do not provide sufficient assurance that children are protected.
p.1
Leadership and governance Urgent improvement
Leaders have organised daily routines and staffing arrangements to support all children. Leaders explain how staff are expected to build warm and respectful relationships with children and manage behaviour calmly and consistently. Systems are in place to support effective staff supervision, first-aid arrangements, safe use of the premises and appropriate dietary provision. Although there were no children on roll at the time of the inspection, leaders are reflective and have established a welcoming and well-organised environment. Leaders have arrangements in place to use information from the school at handover times to provide support for children who may face barriers to their learning. They describe clear routines and a range of activities intended to support children to settle quickly and feel secure at the end of the school day. These arrangements demonstrate leaders' intentions to provide a positive experience for children when they attend.

p.3
About this inspection
We carried out this inspection under sections 49 and 50 of the Childcare Act 2006 on the quality and standards of provision that is registered on the Early Years Register. The registered person must ensure that this provision complies with the statutory framework for children's learning, development and care, known as the early years foundation stage.
p.3
About this inspection
There were no early years children present and/or on roll at the time of this inspection. The findings in this report are based on evidence gathered from discussions with leaders and an inspection of the premises, equipment, and any relevant documentation. When there are no early years children present, inspectors only evaluate and grade leadership and governance as there is no reliable evidence on which to assess the impact on children of other evaluation areas.
p.3
About this inspection
We carried out this inspection as a result of a risk assessment, following information we received about the provider. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. Kelly Little
