Summary of outcome

Staff supervisions and training have taken place and include steps they must implement to continuously adhere to health and safety legislation, including hygiene requirements. In addition, continuous risk assessments will be carried out across the setting, including for hand washing and restocking of hand washing and drying supplies. Daily bathroom cleaning routines have also been introduced. We are satisfied the provider has met the safety of premises; risk assessment; toilets and intimate hygiene actions raised.
