Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 15 January 2026, we carried out an inspection and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. The provision was graded to be urgent improvement. We suspended the provider's registration because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children.
p.1
Summary of outcome
We served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1
Summary of outcome
n put in place effective arrangements to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities On 5 February 2026, we conducted a suspension monitoring visit. We found that the provider was complying with the suspension notice. At the visit, the provider shared evidence to demonstrate that staff had undertaken paediatric first-aid training and improved understanding of safer eating. This meant that the provider had put in place arrangements to ensure that there is at least one member of staff on the premises when children are present who has a current paediatric first-aid qualification. Furthermore, the provider had ensured that staff know and understand to supervise children when they are eating. Also at the visit, we found new areas of concern. The provider shared that there is no named competent deputy who can take charge of the setting in the absence of the manager. This means that the provider was not meeting other requirements as set out in the Statutory

p.2
Summary of outcome
On 24 February 2026, we conducted a regulatory visit. We found that the provider has appointed a deputy to take charge in the manager absence. The provider has updated safeguarding policies and procedures to meet statutory requirements. They have ensured that robust recruitment procedures are in place and that records can be available for inspection. Additionally, they have reviewed their supervision process to enable staff to fulfil their responsibilities. Furthermore, they have ensured that information is gathered from parents at the point of registration to help support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. On 26 February 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matters that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
