Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage . If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right. On 9 December 2026, we received a notification that this provider was not meeting some of these requirements. On 2 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call with the manager. We found the provider had made changes to how they record any incidents that happen in the setting to ensure parents are informed. We also found the provider was not meeting the requirements in relation to 3.41 Key person. Following this call, we issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

Summary of outcome

assign each child a key person, to help ensure that every child's care is tailored to meet their individual needs, to offer a settled relationship for the child and build a relationship with their parents and/or carers, including children in the early years age group who attend nursery school or reception class.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 10 March 2026, the provider responded to the action set. They have improved communication with school to ensure information is shared between school, the childcare provision and parents. Each child has been assigned a key person to ensure children and parents have a familiar person to go to with any concerns or if additional support is required. We are satisfied with the action provider has taken. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
