Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 2 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit and found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements. Following the visit, we served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 25 February 2026 we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions, raised at the last visit. We found that the provider had removed all the black mould from areas children use and taken steps to ensure that children were not exposed to risks in the bathroom area. They have installed appropriate heating in the downstairs bathroom to be sure this is maintained at an ambient temperature. The provider has ensured that all staff have completed safer sleeping training to be sure they understand how to support and monitor those children who sleep at the setting. They have taken steps to support staff to ensure that mealtimes are managed appropriately. For example, staff ensure that all children are sat at the table before any food is served and staff sit with the children to be sure they are always in sight and sound of the children during any meals offered.
