Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome

On 15 December 2025, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to the educational programmes; safeguarding policies and procedures; qualifications, training, support and skills; key persons; staff child: ratios; health; special educational needs and information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 December 2025, the provider notified us about matters relating to the same concerns. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any significant event which is likely to affect the suitability of the early years provider to look after children.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 11 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken some action to put this right. The provider had improved their recording of medications and the procedures to notify parents. This is now done immediately via an electronic application meaning parents are informed immediately after any medication is given to their child.
