Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

On 29 January 2026 and 18 February 2026, the provider notified us about matters relating to health. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of any incidents that affect the health of children.

Summary of outcome
On 26 February 2026 the provider responded to the actions set. We found the provider had enhanced their mealtime systems and procedures to ensure children's dietary requirements are met and children are kept safe from risk. They had also implemented training and systems to ensure staff understand their roles and responsibilities in always keeping children safe, including mealtimes. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
