Summary of outcome

On 13 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of other significant events which were likely to affect the suitability of the provider to look after children.

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 13 February 2026 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allowed time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider had a right to appeal against a suspension.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 26 February 2026, the provider notified us of their wish to resign their registration. They were still suspended at the time due to ongoing enforcement action. We accepted their resignation and they are no longer a registered childcare provider.

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.1

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
