Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 16 January 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to staff: child ratios, accident or injury and toilets and intimate hygiene.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 11 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of these requirements but had taken action to put this right. The provider took immediate action to ensure that changing facilities are clean and that damaged resources are discarded. We also found some requirements relating to health were not met but the provider had taken action to rectify this. All staff and managers attended a meeting to discuss changes to policy and procedures. Staff have attended additional training to support their understanding of safer eating, and there are enhanced systems in place to ensure that the food being provided meets all the requirements for each child.
p.1
Summary of outcome
However, during the visit we found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements relating risk assessments. We have issued actions for the provider to take. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.
p.1
Summary of outcome
• take all reasonable steps to remove or minimise children's exposure to risks.
p.1
Summary of outcome
On 19 February 2026, the provider responded to the action set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of risk assessment. The provider has reviewed and updated risk assessments and has carried out a staff meeting to share these with all members of the team. Risks have been minimised by securing all cables and wires to the walls. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
