Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 February 2026, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and supporting and understanding children's behaviour.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 6 February 2026, the provider also notified us about matters relating to safeguarding policies and procedures and supporting and understanding children's behaviour. The notification means that the provider met their legal responsibility as set out in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage to notify Ofsted of a significant event.

p.1

Summary of outcome

We suspended the provider's registration on 10 February 2026, because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 February 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children was removed.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 16 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.1

Summary of outcome

n ensure that all staff know and understand the whistleblowing policy and that they feel safe to raise concerns about poor or unsafe practice and know that such concerns are taken seriously by the senior leadership team

p.2

Summary of outcome

n ensure that all staff understand not to give or threaten corporal punishment or any kind of punishment which could negatively affect a child's well-being

p.2

Summary of outcome

n ensure all staff understand and implement the training they receive to ensure children's safety and well-being.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We will monitor the provider's response to ensure the actions are successfully completed. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.2

Summary of outcome

On 24 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare requirements notice raised at the last visit. We found that the staff had improved their knowledge of the whistleblowing policy. In addition, we found that staff had improved their understanding of supporting and understanding children's behaviour and that staff implement training they receive. All of which supports the safety and well-being of children.
