Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 15 December 2026, we received concerns that the childminder was not meeting requirements relating to safeguarding policies and procedures, suitable people and information and record keeping.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 23 February 2026, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found the childminder was not meeting some of the requirements and had taken action to put this right. The childminder had revisited the requirements relating to notification to Ofsted and refreshed her knowledge and understanding of her own safeguarding policies.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 24 February 2026 we imposed a condition on the childminder's registration pending further decision making by Ofsted. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
