On 17 February 2025, we carried out a regulatory telephone call. The focus of the call was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. We found that the provider has taken appropriate steps to ensure people who work with children are suitable for their roles, and to ensure that staff: child ratios are met. These improvements help to assure the quality of children's care and their safety. The provider has improved the arrangements to keep children safe when they are sleeping, including the processes to monitor them regularly.
