Summary of outcome

All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 8 September 2025 and 9 October, we received concerns that the provider was not meeting requirements relating to children's safety and welfare. On 3 October 2025 the provider notified us about matters relating to the same requirements.

p.1

Summary of outcome

On 4 October 2025, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found the provider was not meeting some of the requirements. We have served a welfare requirements notice. This is a legal notice that requires the provider to take the actions below within the timescales set out. The provider will be able to give parents further information about this.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We found that the provider has ensured that staff with Designated safeguarding lead responsibilities understand their roles and responsibilities in line with the guidance and procedures of the relevant local safeguarding partnerships. The provider has ensured that all staff including leaders have improved their understanding of the settings safeguarding policy and procedures. Furthermore, the provider has ensured parents and carers are informed about accidents and incidents in a timely manner to further promote children's health and wellbeing. On 4 November 2025 we carried out a monitoring visit. The focus of the visit was to check whether the provider had met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised at their last regulatory event. In addition to the providers response on the 22 October 2025, we found the provider has ensured staff have updated their knowledge of safer eating and supervision of children as they sleep. These steps reduce risk of harm to children.

p.2

Summary of outcome

We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.

p.3

Publication of compliance action

We aim to ensure that the welfare of children and young people is protected in the services we regulate. The Childcare Act 2006 and accompanying regulations set out our responsibilities to regulate childminders and childcare providers. This includes the enforcement powers we have in relation to those registered providers who do not comply with the requirements for registration.

p.3

Publication of compliance action

We publish details of any actions we take, or the childminder or childcare provider takes to bring about compliance with requirements on our website for a period of five years.
