The provider requested an extension to meet the actions. This was granted until 9 January 2026. On 12 January 2026, we conducted a regulatory visit and found that the provider had not met the actions in the welfare requirements notice. In addition, we found new safeguarding concerns.

Summary of outcome
We suspended the provider's registration on 16 January 2026 because we believed children may be at risk of harm. Suspension allows time for the provider to take steps to reduce or eliminate the risk of harm to children. The provider has a right to appeal against a suspension. The provider may not provide childcare for which registration is required while the suspension is in place and may commit an offence if they do so.

Summary of outcome
On 6 February 2026, we lifted the suspension because the provider took appropriate action to deal with the matter that led to the suspension. We are satisfied that the identified risk of harm to children has been removed. We found that the provider has begun to strengthen safeguarding practice, including developing staff awareness of risks and improving oversight through training and external support. However, staff understanding of risk assessment and safe supervision, particularly outdoors, remains inconsistent, and improvements to staff supervision and the learning environment are still at an early stage and not yet embedded. The provider will be able to give parents further details. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
