Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

p.1
Summary of outcome
On 12 February 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider has updated the whistleblowing procedure to include other channels open to staff to raise concerns as per requirements in the Early years statutory framework. The provider has held a staff meeting to communicate with staff the process to help families engage with more specialist support for their children if needed. They have also improved arrangements to support all children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. This includes regular assessments, monitoring and review to identify any changes to a child's health or wellbeing. Also, to work in partnership with parents to discuss potential risks, any amendments that may be required and to put individualised risk assessments in place where necessary. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
