On 21 January 2026, we carried out a regulatory visit. We found that the provider had met the actions set out in the welfare requirements notice. The provider had updated their safeguarding policy and procedure. They have liaised with the local authority and demonstrate an appropriate understanding about how to respond to a safeguarding concern. We also found that the provider now understands their responsibilities in relation to notifying relevant agencies without delay. The provider has ensured that any person looking after children is suitable to fulfil their role. They have ensured that Ofsted has received a health declaration form, as required. We also found that the provider has now gained a secure understanding of the requirements to make notifications to Ofsted, where applicable.
