Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which can be found at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. Where a provider is not meeting these requirements, Ofsted may take action to ensure that matters are put right.

Summary of outcome
On 9 February 2026, Ofsted carried out a regulatory telephone call. We found that the provider had failed to notify Ofsted of a significant event within the required timescale, which is a requirement of their registration. We also found that the provider was not meeting some of the requirements at the time of the incidents but had taken action to address these. The provider has reviewed and updated safeguarding and designated safeguarding lead policies and procedures, strengthened staff supervision arrangements, and ensured that safeguarding and leadership training has been completed to support staff in managing difficult situations. The provider has also improved security measures within the setting. The provider will be able to give parents further information about these actions. The provider remains registered with Ofsted.
