Summary of outcome
All early years providers must meet the legal requirements in the Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage, which you can find at www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-foundation-stage-framework--2. If we find that a provider is not meeting the requirements, we can take action to ensure they put matters right.

Summary of outcome
On 26 January 2026, the provider responded to the actions set. We found that the provider had improved their knowledge and understanding of the procedures to follow, when an allegation is made against a member of staff. Staff had completed training to develop their knowledge and understanding across all areas within the actions that had been set. Risk assessments had been developed to ensure potential hazards are identified, especially for outside. The key person system had been improved; staff had a clear understanding of children's needs and children were provided with settled relationships. Leaders had enhanced the environment and supported staff to understand how to support and manage children's behaviour and how to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. We are satisfied the provider has met the safeguarding and welfare actions raised. The provider is still registered with Ofsted.
